This website is brought to you by the Teaching Development Grants, for the Learning Computational Science on a Parallel Architecture Project.

Many difficult computational science problems can best be solved using a parallel computing environment, and that is why PC-clusters are springing up in research laboratories all over the world. However, parallel computing has not yet penetrated the undergraduate curriculum in Hong Kong. Just like some forward-looking professors who taught their students serial computing thirty years ago, this project wants to help students to learn parallel computing now.
