Scientific Computing Laboratory Communication (SCLC) will be published each months for the following aims,
  1. To announce new installed hardware and software to the users in the Laboratory.
  2. To explain the usage of some newly installed software and hardware.
  3. To invite experts to and let users express their opinions on using the Laboratory.
